Caprioska

Whole, quartered lime
Teaspoon brown sugar
35ml Vodka
Lots Crushed ice
Some soda Water
Slice limes, muddle With sugar. Fill Glass With crushed ice and pour on the Vodka, top off With Soda Water, gently mix and then serve.
- Alternative : add blueberries, strawberries or other fruit.

2 Parts dark Rum
2 Parts White Rum
1 Part curacao
1 Part Grenadine
2 Parts Pineapple Juice
Dash Orgeat Syrup
1 Part lime Juice
Paper Umbrella
Shake all ingredients in a shaker (except Umbrella and Pineapple). Strain into highball Glass over ice. Garnish With Pineapple spear on rim and paper umbrella

1 and a half oz. Botran Reserva
Half oz. Orange Curacao

1 Fresh squeezed Orange wedge
Garnish With an Orange wedge
add all the ingredients to a mixing Glass. add ice and Shake. Strain into a tall Glass

Hot Toddy

3 oz. Bourbon
Fill With Water
1 whole Cinnamon Stick
3 whole Cloves
1 slice (thin) Lemon
1 sprinkle Nutmeg
1 oz. Sugar Syrup
Add everything except nutmeg and cinnamon to the Glass and Fill With boiling Water. Add the cinnamon stick to the Glass and sprinkle With nutmeg.

- Variation: Substitute any liquor for the Bourbon, Whiskey, Brandy, and Schnapps are common substitutes.

- Alternative -

Hot Cinn-Apple Toddy

1 1/2 Parts Bourbon
1 1/2 Parts Hiram Walker OriGinal Cinn
1/2 Part fresh lemon Juice
1 tsp. agave nectar
Fill With hot apple cider
Pour the Bourbon, OriGinal Cinn, and lemon Juice into a footed mug. Stir well. Fill With hot apple cider. Garnish With a cinnamon stick or a Green apple

True Blood

1 and a Half oz. Botran Rum
Three-Fourths oz. Chambord
Half oz. Simple Syrup (60% sugar – 40% hot Water)
Three-Fourths oz. fresh lime Juice
5 Mint leaves
top With Ginger Beer or Ginger Ale
Mint sprig and a plastic bat stir stick
Add all the ingredients into a mixing Glass. add ice and Shake. Strain into a highball Glass and top With Ginger Beer
