2 ripe Peaches, pitted and roughly chopped
1 Part Rum
4 strawberries, cubed
flesh and seeds of 2 passion fruit
4 oz cloudy apple Juice
1 Tbsp superfine sugar
2 tsp grated fresh Ginger
crushed ice
apple fans for Garnish
Blend all the ingredients with crushed ice. Pour the mix equally into two highball Glasses. Garnish With an apple fan.

Planter's Punch

1 Part Rum
1 Part Sweet and Sour Mix
1/2 Pineapple Juice
1/4 Part Grenadine
Fill With Orange Juice
Float Rum

Absolut Stress

3/4 shot Absolut
3/4 shot malibu
splash Cranberry Juice
1/2 shot Peach Schnapps (archers)
splash Pineapple Juice
Shake With ice, Pour in a Highball Glass With the ice

Tequila ritual a.k.a. Tequila cruda

1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 slice lemon
1 shot Tequila
Lick the skin between your thumb and forefinger. Sprinkle a small pinch of Salt onto the area.
Hold the lime With two fingers on the same hand.
Lick the Salt, and down your Tequila shot in one gulp. Bite the lime.

Tequilla Suicide

1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 slice lemon
1 shot Tequila
Roll a Bill, snort a line of Salt. Squeeze some lemon Juice into your eye. Then down the shot.

Tequila
lime Juice
Agave nectar
Shake and Strain into a bucket. Garnish With a lime wedge. Salt optional.

Matador
1 to 1.5 Parts silver or blanco Tequila
2 to 3 Parts Pineapple Juice
Juice of half a lime
Mix the ingredients in a Shaker half full of ice. Strain and serve in a chilled Cocktail Glass or champagne flute.
- Sour mix may be used instead of lime Juice

Mix 1 shot of Tia Maria With 1 shot of Vodka With ice and top up Glass With cola

Half of a lime squeezed and dropped in the Glass
Sparkling Mineral Water
Combine spirit, lime and shell in a highball or wine Glass. add ice, stir and then add sparkling water. Serve in Highball Glass

1oz of Pomegranate Juice
1/2 Shot of Red Bull
Pour the Rum, Juice, liquer into a Glass over ice and stir well. add the Red Bull. Squeeze in the lime wedge(s) and drop it in.
