Southern Hospitality

1 Cup Southern Comfort
2 Cups Cider, apple
2 sticks Cinnamon
1 tbsp. Vanilla Extract
Put all ingredients in a Saucepan, including cinammon sticks. Warm on stove (do not boil),  Steep (about 4-6 minutes), then remove cinammon sticks. Pour into warm mugs.

1 Part Gin
2 Parts Sweet and Sour
1 Egg White
1 Tsp. Sugar
2 ounces Cream
Dash of Orange Flower
Water
Shake well, preferrably in a blender.

Slippery Nipple #2

1 oz. Sambuca
1/2 oz. Irish Cream Liqueur
1 dash Grenadine

Brain Damage

3/4 Shot Peach Schnapps (archers)
dash Grenadine
chilled Bailey's Irish Cream
Stir Schnapps With ice Strain into Shot Glass,  Float Baileys on top forming brain like swirls, then add Grenadine.

Night Cap

2 oz. Rum, White
4 oz. (warm) Milk
1 dash Cinnamon
1 tsp. Sugar
Mix sugar, milk and Rum in a Coffee mug. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.

1 Part Rum
1 Part Triple Sec
1 Part Sweet and Sour Mix
1 Part OJ/Pineapple Juice
Dash OF Orgeat Syrup
Float Myers Rum
Garnish With A Cherry and Paper Umbrella

3 Parts Vodka
1 Part lime Juice
Garnish With A lime
Mix ingredients in a Cocktail Shaker With ice and Strain into a rocks Glass.
- Death of  Edward Davis Wood, Jr., October 10, 1924 – December 10, 1978), better known as Ed Wood. Ed Wood was an American writer, actor, producer, and a great deal much more.  His favorite drink was a Gimlet.

1 Shot lemonade
1 Shot lime Juice

Angel's Kiss

1/4 Shot Creme de Cacao
1/4 Shot sloe Gin
1/4 Shot Brandy
1/4 Shot Cream
Layer in order, into a Pony or Pousse-cafe Glass

Sweaty Bollock

1 Shots Tequila
1 Shot White Rum
3 Shots absinthe
Advocaat
Fill a large glass half way With crushed ice. add 1 Shot of Tequila, Shake, add 1 Shot of White Rum, Shake, Add 3 Shots of absinthe. Light the Cocktail With a lighter. add enough Water to extinguish the flames then add a pinch of lemon Juice and a hint of nutmeg.

Alabama Slammer

1 Part Vodka
1/2 Part Sloe Gin
1 Part Southern Comfort
1/2 Part Amaretto
Fill With Orange Juice
Happy Admission Day, Alabama!

Alabama Slamma (Easy Mix)

1 Shot southern comfort
lemonade
Mix, cover it With your hand and drink as shot.

Good Golly

2 tsp. Creme de Cacao, dark
1/2 oz. Galliano
1 1/2 oz. Rum, dark
Fill With Coffee
2 oz. Cream
Mix ingredients in a Coffee mug, except the Cream. Fill With hot Coffee. Layer the Cream on top

Mint Julep

1 Part Bourbon
12 mint leaves
1 Tsp. Sugar
Fill With SOoda
Garnish With Mint Leaves
Muddle the mint leaves, Bourbon and sugar and add ice. Fill With soda and swirl With a bar spoon. Garnish With the remaining mint leaves.

Candy Cane

3/4 oz. Creme de Cacao, White
3/4 oz. Schnapps, Peppermint
top With 7-up
Fill With Cream
1/4 oz. Grenadine
1 small candy cane Candy
Fill a highball Glass With ice, add liquers and Grenadine. Stir, then Fill With Cream. top With 7-up and Garnish With a candy cane.

Jello Shots

6-ounce package gelatin
2 cups boiling Water
6 ounces cold Water
10 ounces 80-proof Clear Alcohol
In a bowl, mix boiling Water With the powdered gelatin until fully dissolved. Let gelatin cool for five to ten minutes. Stir in cold Water and alcohol. Pour resulting mixture into Shot Glasses or plastic cups. ABV is 30% maximum.

Bumbo a.k.a. Bombo

2 ounces Rum
1 ounce Water
2 sugar cubes
Sprinkle cinnamon
Sprinkle nutmeg
Mix and Garnish

December 20
Warm Winter Margarita

6 oz. Silver Tequila
3 1/2 cups apple Juice
1 cinnamon stick
2 cups dried fruit of your choice
2 tbs. granulated sugar
Mix Apple Juice and cinnamon in a pot. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove cinnamon stick. Add sugar, dried fruit, and Tequila. Mix well. Serve warm.

Peppermint Froth

1 1/2 Parts Vodka
1 Part Peppermint Schnapps
1/2 Part simple syrup
1/2 Part Cream
Shake all in a Shaker full of ice. Strain into Rocks Glass Filled With crushed ice and Garnish With chocolate or Peppermint sticks.

Cranberry Mint Margarita

16 oz. Cranberry/raspberry Juice
8 oz.  lemon lime soda
6 oz. Sauza® Silver Tequila
8 mint leaves for Garnish
 Combine all ingredients except mint leaves in a pitcher. Serve over ice and Garnish With two mint leaves. Serves 4

Sleigh Ride

1 oz. Liqueur, mango
1 oz. Vodka, Orange (Wyborowa)
1 oz. Orange Soda
1 Cherry or Maraschino
1 wedge lime
1 dash Sugar Syrup
Squeeze a lime wedge into a Cocktail Shaker and drop in. Add all ingredients but the cherry and Shake. Pour into a chilled and sugar-rimmed Cocktail Glass, and Garnish With a Cherry.

Sugar and Spice Martini

2 oz. Martin Miller's Gin
2 oz. Apple Cider
3/4 oz. Fresh Orange
Splash of Brown Sugar Simple Syrup
Shake With ice. Serve in a Cocktail Glass rimmed With a mixture of cinnamon and superfine sugar

4 oz. eggnog
1/2 oz. White chocolate Liqueur
1 oz.  Southern Comfort
Serve in a Snifter and sprinkled With edidble

Mistletoe

1 oz. Gin
1 oz. Grenadine
1 tsp. Lemon Juice
Shake all ingredients with ice, Strain into a Cocktail Glass.

3 Part Champagne
1 Part Chambourd
Pour champagne first to avoid foaming over.

Blood Orange
Muddle the lime and blood Orange chunks, Mix ingredients, Shake and pour contents into a Glass bucket.

Cosmopolitan

1 Part Vodka
1 Part Triple Sec
1 Part lime Juice
1 Part Cranberry Juice
Shake With ice and Strain into a Cocktail Glass.
- Substitute Cointreau instead of Triple Sec to improve quality.

Cosmopolitan 2

1 Shot Vodka
1/2 Shot Triple Sec
1/2 Shot Cranberry Juice
1/2 Shot lime Juice
Add ingredients to Cocktail mixer, Shake and Strain into a chilled martini Glass.

Mimosa

One Part chilled champagne
One Part chilled Orange Juice
Mix together in Cocktail Glass. Serve cold

- Alternative -

Buck's Fizz

1 and a Third oz. Champagne
3 and a Third oz Orange Juice
Pour Orange Juice into flute and gently add champagne. Gently Stir. Garnish With a Orange Twist.
