Public Possum TV is primarily a giant rotation of funny/interesting pictures built locally, uploaded by viewers (moderated), and submitted by clients. 

The picture rotation varies season to season, month to month, week to week, day to day.  It is peppered with quizzes, games, and social tidbits.
