6 part Rum
3 part Chambord
2 part Simple Syrup (60% sugar, 40% hot Water)
3 part fresh lime Juice
5 Mint leaves
Top With Ginger Beer or Ginger Ale
Mint sprig and a plastic bat stir stick

Add all the ingredients into a mixing Glass.
Add ice and Shake.
Strain into a highball Glass,
Top With Ginger Beer.
