1 part Sherry
1 part Vermouth, dry
3 part Vodka
1 twist of peel Lemon

Shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Strain into an old-fashioned glass,
Garnish with a twist of lemon.
It is often served with Amontillado sherry.
