3 oz. Bourbon
Fill With Water
1 whole Cinnamon Stick
3 whole Cloves
1 slice (thin) Lemon
1 sprinkle Nutmeg
1 oz. Sugar Syrup.

Add everything except nutmeg and cinnamon to the Glass.
Fill With boiling Water.
Add the cinnamon stick to the Glass and sprinkle With nutmeg.
- Variation: Substitute any liquor for the Bourbon. Whiskey, Brandy, and Schnapps are common substitutes.
