4 part Grape Vodka
1 part Fresh Lemon Juice
1 part Cointreau
4 part 7-Up

Combine all but 7-Up in a tall mixing Glass.
Shake with ice. Strain over fresh ice into a martini Glass,
Top With 7-Up and garnish With a lemon twist
