Setup

Players Gather near a timing device with booze. Each Player chooses a number 1 through 60 (or 1-12 with an analog clock).

Gameplay

Whenever the timing device hits a players number, they must drink (i.e. Whenever the second hand passes a players number on an analog clock). Last player standing wins.

Some play by picking 1-12 (hour numbers) on an analog clock. When the second hand passes the the hour number picked, they must drink.
