Rum Version

3 Part White rum
3 part Advocaat
1 part Heavy Cream

Pour Rum and Advocaat into a cocktail glass with ice and stir it.
Float the cream
Garnish with a Strawberry

Gin Version

3 Part Gin
3 part Advocaat
Dash of Orange Liqueur
Dash of Orange Juice
Soda

Pour all ingredients into cocktail glass with ice except soda.
Stir, then Float the soda

Cointreau Version

1 Part advocaat
1 Part Cointreau
1 Part Cream
Lemonade

Build and Stir.
Add the Lemonade slowly.
